Warranty Policy

TAKACHIA® Warranty Policy

Every TAKACHIA® bike is crafted with precision engineering, rigorously tested, and built with a commitment to safety, performance, and long-lasting reliability.

To enjoy full protection under the TAKACHIA warranty, please follow the service guidelines provided and retain records of all maintenance performed by an authorised TAKACHIA dealer. These records may be requested during warranty service.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided in order for any warranty claim to be processed. Products must be purchased from authorised TAKACHIA® dealers to be eligible for warranty coverage. Warranty coverage is valid from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable.

All warranty claims should be submitted through the original point of purchase to ensure efficient and accurate handling. Customers are encouraged to contact the original point of purchase as the first point of contact. If the original dealer is unreachable, customers may contact TAKACHIA directly at info@takachia.com. In cases where the bicycle was purchased in a region without an authorised TAKACHIA® dealer, TAKACHIA will provide direct assistance where applicable.

TAKACHIA offers international warranty coverage, allowing claims to be processed even if the product is used outside of Singapore, provided it was purchased from an authorised dealer or official online channel. While our primary operations are based in Singapore and selected regions, we are actively expanding our global support network. In areas without an authorised service centre or official partner, TAKACHIA will provide remote assistance where possible. For most component-related claims, replacement parts can be shipped directly to the customer at a fee to ensure minimal disruption and continued support.
